Adult and Teen Tap

Tuesday, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm, ages 14 and up

Basic, intermediate and advanced tap steps, across the floor exercises, technique, combinations and exciting Tap routines. Great exercise for the brain and motor skills while “tapping” into your coordination! Tapping is fun and it’s never too late to start!


Senior Stretch

Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30 am – 11:15 am, Seniors

This is a stretch class with deep breathing to relax the mind, body and spirit. We work on balance and breathing techniques that you benefit from in your everyday activities. Incorporating a reading from “Jesus Calling” with instrumental worship music is sure to set you back out into the world on a positive and inspiring note. Anyone is welcome to participate!

Chair Tap

By appointment only, 1 hour, Most popular with Seniors

This is the most fun you’ll ever have sitting down! During this class, we tap to the happiest tunes and enjoy making noise. The upper body and core workout is a guarantee. We can come to you for this type of workout in your own home!

Adult and Teen Ballet & Lyrical

Monday, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm, ages 14 and up

A class for adults and teens that combines classical ballet barre and center floor combinations, ballet exercises, and lyrical combinations. You’re never too old to learn the poise and grace of ballet.

Pre-pointe and Pointe

Monday 6:30 pm-7:00 pm

A class designed for dancers to focus strongly on ballet technique, ankle strength, and ankle flexibility to ready them for pointe shoes. Evaluation required before entering class.
